- Guaranteed Hire Vehicle Insurance – Ancillary product sold separately
If you or your business was involved in a motor accident which wasn’t your fault, your loss recovery provider can usually source a like for like hire vehicle, in which they can recover costs off the liable third parties insurer. However, if you are involved in an accident which was your fault, it is typical for motor policies to exclude any hire vehicle cover, as they cannot recover the costs from another party. We strongly recommend Guaranteed Hire Vehicle insurance, which can provide you or your business with a suitable hire vehicle (Up to 3.5 tonne) for an agreed period, in the event of a fault accident.
